Help us understand and strengthen our research culture and environment. We invite colleagues to take part in one of three Faculty-wide facilitated sessions designed for different groups across our research community: early career researchers, established researchers and research leaders, and research-enabling staff. Oct 28 - PGR and ECR focused reflective session Nov 4 - Research Enabling PS colleagues Nov 26 - PIs/Research Leaders These sessions will provide an open and supportive space to reflect on what is working well in our local research culture and environment, where further development may be needed, and what practical actions could strengthen the conditions in which excellent research can thrive. We are keen to hear a diverse range of perspectives and experiences, and welcome contributions from colleagues across all disciplines, career stages, and professional roles. The discussions will be professionally facilitated, with feedback considered anonymously and at a collective level. The insights gathered will inform local self-assessment activity, help identify examples of good practice, shape future Faculty initiatives, and contribute to Faculty and University preparations for REF2029.
