Exhibition created with people who have lived experience of mental health challenges, plus a live panel and audience discussion. Through striking photography, powerful visual storytelling, and good conversation, the event aims to spark dialogue, challenge stigma and promote greater understanding. The exhibition explores themes relating to mental health and lived experience. Some content includes sensitive and emotional subject matter that some visitors may find distressing. Age Guidance: Recommended for ages 16+ due to the themes explored throughout the exhibition Under-16s attending the event must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
